Coaching has been used with great success in the corporate world for years. Nonprofit organizations can similarly benefit from the improved employee relations and job performance that result from incorporating a “coach approach” with their staff. |

1) A study by a West Coast nonprofit services firm found that nonprofit executive directors and volunteer leaders rated their coaching experience as “profound” and “empowering” with “significant” impact on their leadership and management abilities. |

You did a GREAT job tailoring your presentation and messages to our audience. It was practical and logical in nature and approach, which is the "language" our people understand best. This and your practical approach are the most important points I would make to other organizations that might consider attending your workshop.
As a consultant, I could easily be put on a new assignment that would require far greater hours or a lot of travel. Both scenarios would certainly create an imbalance. So I wanted to get some ideas on how to deal with such a situation if and when it arises. I think the most useful takeaway for me was the exercise with the 3 columns: what's most important, what I spend my time on, and what I spend the most time thinking about. This very easy-to-use tool can help me measure my balance any time I want.

I have collaborated with Jennifer in a variety of contexts over many years and can truly say that she is a delight to work with. Her clarity of vision and ability to communicate information in digestible forms, at the right intervals, make it so easy for Jennifer to help others as they travel along their individual and/or organizational paths of self-discovery. Anyone seeking to break patterns, initiate change, or simply to get more out of life will benefit from Jennifer's assistance.
