Transformation InSight is committed to transformation in all its forms. While change is inevitable, transformation is a gift that arises when certain conditions have been met, including willingness, intention, openness, and receptivity. Our part in this may be conscious or unconscious. The call for transformation can come with a mighty roar, or when a small voice within us tells us that it is time, whether we think we are ready for it or not.  

I work with individuals, groups and organizations ready to align minds and hearts with culture and systems to dramatically shift they way they show up in the world. Key to this work is providing context and space to unconceal, feel and heal that which has been hidden but continues to operate under the surface, sometimes poisoning conscious efforts to move forward with power. In so doing, we create together an opportunity to shift stuck energy and put it into the service of greater purpose.
